They, I really don't know who "they" are, say before you can love someone
else you have to love yourself. They also say that you have to take
care of yourself before you can take care of someone else. I had never
agreed with with that before, now not so much. I can't put the oxygen
mask on my child before I put it on me. I need the oxygen in order to save them. I have to be able to love me
before I can love. It may seem simplistic and even a bit selfish,
but it is the truth.
And I'll turn right back around
